Semester Accomplishments for the Spring of 2006
Picture HR

For the Delaware Alpha Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon, this has been a very successful semester. We have accomplished many of our chapter's goals and have taken huge steps to accomplishing the rest of them.

To start off this great semester, we were able to pick up 15 new guys through rush. They have added to this fraternity in many ways and they have only been active for one semester which is amazing since they are our future.

Secondly, we had a goal to grow our annual wing eating contest, the Wing War, into a school-wide success to help Youth Aids. This semester we decided to aim big. We held a competition of over 64 contestants whom competed for the opportunity to be Wing War Champion of this year. Not only did the competition grow in size this year, even more people came out to support the contestants who devoured the wings that were provided for us by Buffalo Wild Wings. Overall, we raised a large amount of money for the Youth Aids organization along with providing plenty of entertainment for those who decided to come and support their contestants.

In order to improve our brotherhood bonds, this semester we held a competition between our classes of brothers. This competition involved both indoor and outdoor sports over a two weekend period. Sports we competeted in differed from volleyball all the way to flag football.

Now all that we have is to continue this tradition of success and make every semester as successful and this one. Keep up the work everyone and lets continue to be DAMN PROUD to be SigEps.
