- Gained 11 new brothers in formal rush and 1 through informal rush
Fall 2005 - Perfect CAP Score for the 3rd Consecutive Time

Spring 2005 - Chapter was officially charted by Nationals
- Highest G.P.A on campus for the second straight time

Spring 2004 - The chapter was restarted on campus
- National recruited 54 Brothers
- Meetings held in 127 Memorial Hall

June 6th 2002 - Due to risk management issues the university revoked the chapters lease. The house was sold back to the university
1989 - The chapter had 150 Brothers
1987 - Sigma Phi Epsilon was the largest fraternity on campus
1985 - The chapter was restarted on campus
- 30 initial brothers were recruited my national
- Meetings took place in 127 Memorial Hall
1981 - The chapter lost its charter due to hazing
1941-1945 - Chapter was dormant during World War II
1922 - Sigma Phi Epsilon leased the property near the little bob for 1$ a year for 100 years
- This spot was chosen by the university.
April 29th 1907 - Chapter founded. 23rd chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon
- First house was on Wyoming road
- 15 initial members
