Spring 2005 - Chapter was officially charted by Nationals

Spring 2004 - The chapter was restarted on campus

  • Meetings held in 127 Memorial Hall
  • Balanced Man Program used

June 6th 2002 - Due to risk management issues the university revoked the chapters lease. The house was sold back to the university

1989 - The chapter had 150 Brothers

1987 - Sigma Phi Epsilon was the largest fraternity on campus

1985 - The chapter was restarted on campus

  • 30 initial brothers were recruited my national
  • Meetings took place in 127 Memorial Hall

1981 - The chapter lost its charter due to hazing

1941-1945 - Chapter was dormant during World War II

1922 - Sigma Phi Epsilon leased the property near the little bob for 1$ a year for 100 years

  • This spot was chosen by the university.

April 29th 1907 - Chapter founded. 23rd chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon

  • First house was on Wyoming road
  • 15 initial members
